Does Ridafleet charge renters or hosts a fee?+
No. Ridafleet charges nothing. The daily rate listed is the total — no service fee, no platform markup. We are a marketplace connecting you with local hosts, not a payment processor or fleet operator.
How do payments work?+
Payment happens directly between renter and host — cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, or bank transfer. There's no Ridafleet-managed transaction. Once both parties agree, they settle payment at pickup or as arranged.
What is the rental agreement?+
Every confirmed booking generates a legally-binding rental agreement signed by both the host and renter. It covers the vehicle, dates, mileage, fuel policy, deposit terms, and authorized use. This is your legal protection.
Do I need an account to browse cars?+
No. Anyone can browse all available listings without signing up. You only need an account to submit a booking request.
What if something goes wrong during the rental?+
Ridafleet is a connection platform — we are not an insurance provider or dispute arbitrator. Your signed rental agreement is your legal document. Disputes are resolved directly between host and renter according to that agreement.
